Online Spiritual Direction

Spiritual direction/spiritual accompaniment is a listening ministry that focuses primarily on your relationship with God and helps you discern God’s presence and action in your faith journey. As a spiritual director rooted in the Christian faith, I recognise that the ultimate True Spiritual Director is the Holy Spirit, and my role as a human spiritual companion is to serve as a 'sounding board' to help you discern the work of the Spirit in your life.

After your trial session, if you decide to commence regular spiritual direction with me, you will sign a Spiritual Direction Agreement / Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that outlines our agreement on the nature of this ministry and both our commitment to it.

For regular spiritual direction, it is recommended that sessions are spaced out between 4 - 10 weeks.
